Our Philosophy
Pops’ Workshop started from a woodworking hobby making items for personal use and as gifts for Friends and Family. As corporate retirements is approaching the realization that this hobby can generate a stream of income while expanding workshop capabilities. Working with my hands, building quality products is rewarding and uplifting
Our Services
Pops’ Workshop is a small business focused on creating unique products from wood that complement our customers style and décor. We take pride in everything we do and it shows in the quality and appearance. Items are made from the design portfolio or make custom pieces to fit your style, interest and purpose.
Our Materials
We are committed to using only the finest materials in our woodworking projects. Western Red Cedar is the preferred material for exterior items. Cedar is preferred because of its natural resistance to decay and insects without chemical treatments which make it worth small initial investment. We also use environmentally friendly finishes and techniques to minimize our impact on the planet. Interior items are made from quality wood products based on the item and customer needs. Select Pine, Red Oak and Maple are common materials
